企业社会资本与组织绩效的关系——基于元分析的文献综述

摘要
利用元分析的方法,整理并分析了2001—2016年间国内外社会资本与组织绩效关系的实证研究(31项研究的8248个独立样本)。结果表明,社会资本对组织绩效存在显著的正向影响作用,关系程度为弱相关。进一步探讨了社会资本各维度对组织绩效的影响,发现市场资本、政府资本和企业声誉三个维度对组织绩效均具有显著的正向影响。此外,亚组分析结果表明,在没有中介变量时,社会资本与组织绩效的相关程度更高,因此社会资本与组织绩效的关系受到情境因素的影响,即两者之间是否存在中介变量是一个潜在的调节变量。
        This paper analyzes the domestic and international empirical research of the relationship between social capital and organizational performance from 2001 to 2016(8248 independent samples of 31 studies)by Meta-analysis.The results show that social capital has a significant positive impact on organizational performance,and the degree of relationship is weak.Furthermore,it discusses the influence of three dimensions of social capital on organizational performance.It finds that market capital,government capital and corporate reputation have a significant positive impact on organizational performance.In addition,the results of subgroup analysis show that there is a higher degree of correlation between the social capital and organizational performance when there is no mediate variable.Therefore,the relationship between social capital and organizational performance is affected by contextual factors,that is,the existence of the mediate variable is a potential moderate variable.
