医务人员暴力突发事件现状分析及应急处理

摘要
本文对于医务人员暴力突发事件概念、特点以及存在形态进行概述,进而总结发生医务人员暴力突发事件后的处理原则、报告程序、应急处理程序,建议加强医患沟通,实行高风险告知制度,从而减少暴力突发事件的发生。
This paper summarizes the concept, characteristics and existence patterns of medical staff's violent emergencies, and then summarizes the principles, reporting procedures, and emergency treatment procedures after the occurrence of medical staff violent emergencies. It is recommended to strengthen communication between doctors and patients, and implement high-risk notification, thereby reducing the incidence of violent emergencies.
