护士长多元领导风格与护士工作满意度相关性研究

摘要
目的研究目前三级综合医院护士感知的护士长多元领导风格和护士工作满意度现状,并探讨二者的相关性。方法采用随机抽样方法,抽取哈尔滨市3所三级综合医院工作276名护士参与本研究,得分情况采用均数±标准差(xˉ±s)描述,护士长多元领导风格与护士工作满意度二者之间关系用Pearson相关分析进行描述。结果变革型领导风格得分总均分(2.87±0.64)分高于交易型领导风格的总均分(2.40±0.47)分。工作满意度得分中同事的满意度得分最高,为(16.24±2.80)分;对薪酬满意度得分最低,为(8.86±3.43)分。护士感知的护士长变革型领导风格和交易型领导风格中均与工作满意度呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论两种领导风格都会对护士的工作满意度产生影响,变革型领导风格的影响力要大于交易型领导风格。
        Objective To study the current situation of multiple leadership styles of head nurses and nurses' job satisfaction perceived by nurses in tertiary comprehensive hospitals, and to explore the correlation between them. Methods Through using the random sampling method, 276 nurses of 3 tertiary comprehensive hospitals in Harbin City were selected. The score was descried in(xˉ±s). The relationship between the two was described by Pearson correlation analysis. Results The total score of transformational leadership style(2.87±0.64) was higher than the total score of transactional leadership style(2.40±0.47). Among the job satisfaction scores,the satisfaction score of colleagues was the highest(16.24±2.80) points. The lowest satisfaction score for salary was(8.86±3.43) points. Nurses' perception of the head change style and transactional leadership style were significantly positively correlated with job satisfaction(P<0.01). Conclusion Both leadership styles have an impact on the job satisfaction of nurses,and the influence of transformational leadership styles is greater than that of transactional leadership styles.
