摘要
【目的】研究电子烟气溶胶中主要成分释放规律。【方法】在4种不同工作电压下抽吸7种不同溶剂配比的烟液,分析产生的气溶胶中主要成分(烟碱、1,2-丙二醇、丙三醇)释放量。【结果】1)烟碱、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇的释放量分布范围分别是7.87~51.77μg/口、169.52~3707.47μg/口、510.16~2582.54μg/口。2)烟碱与1,2-丙二醇呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.898,而烟碱与丙三醇之间的相关性不显著,说明1,2-丙二醇对烟碱递送起关键作用,烟碱可能是被1,2-丙二醇包裹或夹带着由烟液向气溶胶中递送。3)方差分析表明工作电压、溶剂配比对气溶胶中主要成分释放量均有显著影响,工作电压对于烟碱和丙三醇的释放量贡献率大于溶剂配比,对1,2-丙二醇贡献率小于溶剂配比。【结论】上述规律可以为电子烟烟具开发、烟液开发以及产品安全评价提供参考。
        [Objective]To study factors affecting main components in e-cigarette aerosol. [Method] Utilizing e-liquid of 7 different PG-VG ratios under 4 different working voltages, the yield of main components(nicotine, 1,2-propylene glycol, glycerol) of e-cigarette aerosol was analyzed. [Results] 1) The yield of nicotine, propylene glycol and glycerol ranged from 7.87 to 51.77 μg/puff, 169.52 to 3707.47 μg/puff, 510.16 to 2582.54 μg/puff, respectively. 2) The yield of nicotine was positively correlated with that of 1,2-propylene glycol, with Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.898. 1,2 propylene glycol played a key role in the delivery of nicotine. 3) Results of variance analysis showed that both working voltage and PG-VG ratio had significant effects on yield of main components of e-cigarette aerosol. The contribution rate of working voltage to the delivery of nicotine and glycerol was greater than PG-VG ratio, while its contribution rate to 1,2-propylene glycol was less than PG-VG ratio. [Conclusion] This study is of important significance to the development of electronic cigarette, e-liquid and product safety evaluation.
