摘要
目的探讨介入手术室护士心理资本、工作压力和工作疏离感的现状及其关系。方法采用便利抽样方法,以辽宁省28所综合性三级甲等医院的202名介入手术室护士为研究对象,采用《护士心理资本量表》《护士工作压力源量表》《护士工作疏离感问卷》对介入手术室护士进行调查。结果介入手术室护士心理资本总分为(61. 4±15. 3)分,工作压力总分为(77. 2±19. 2)分,工作疏离感总分为(31. 7±8. 7)分。其心理资本与工作疏离感呈负相关[相关系数(r)=-0. 432,P <0. 01)],与工作压力呈负相关(r=-0. 520,P <0. 01),工作压力与工作疏离感呈正相关(r=0. 516,P <0. 01)。心理资本在介入手术室护士工作压力与工作疏离感间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为21. 7%。结论介入手术室护士心理资本在工作压力上对工作疏离感的影响存在部分中介作用,提高其心理资本水平有助于降低其工作压力和工作疏离感
        Objective To investigate the current status and correlation of psychological capital,work stress and work alienation of nurses in interventional operating room. Methods A total of 202 nurses in interventional operating room from28 comprehensive top hospitals in Liaoning Province were selected as study subjects by using a convenient sampling method. The questionnaire survey was conducted using Chinese Nurse Work Sources Table,Psychological Capital Scale,and Work Alienness Scale. Results The total scores of psychological capital,work stress and work alienation of the nurses in the operating room were( 61. 4 ± 15. 3),( 77. 2 ± 19. 2),and( 31. 7 ± 8. 7),respectively. Psychological capital was negatively correlated with work alienation [correlation coefficient( r) =-0. 432,P < 0. 01 ],and was negatively correlated with work stress( r =-0. 520,P < 0. 01). Work stress was positively correlated with work alienation( r =0. 516,P < 0. 01). Psychological capital played a partial mediating role between work stress and work alienation in nurses of the interventional operating room. The mediation effect accounted for 21. 7% of the total effect. Conclusion The psychological capital of nurses in interventional operating room plays a partial mediating effect on their work stress and work alienation. Improving the level of psychological capital can help reduce work stress and work alienation in nurses.
