扎哈淖尔露天煤矿轮斗工艺研究

摘要
介绍扎哈淖尔露天煤矿轮斗连续工艺现状,通过分析松散层赋存情况及工程量变化,确定松散层厚度及工程量都以满足2套轮斗连续工艺系统要求;分析了转向后既有轮斗系统布置水平和工作线长度,为新增轮斗连续工艺系统布置提供必要条件,同时研究2套系统布置方案对比,最终确定新增轮斗连续工艺系统布置于既有系统下方,2套系统分别布置于不同水平。
The article introduces the present situation of bucket-wheel continuous technology in Zhahanao'er Open-pit Mine, by analyzing the occurrence situation of loose layer and change of quantities, determines the thickness and quantity of loose layer to meet the requirements of two sets of bucket-wheel continuous technology system. The author analyzes the layout level and working line length of existed bucket-wheel system, which provide the necessary conditions for arrangement of newly increased bucket-wheel continuous technology system. According to the comparison of two sets of system arrangement schemes, the article eventually determines newly increased bucket-wheel continuous technology system which arrange below the existed bucket-wheel system. Two sets system arrange in different level.
