摘要
丁集矿1321工作面顶板强度大、岩体致密,透气性较差。基于高抽巷抽采瓦斯的优越性,为了提高瓦斯抽采效率,提出采用顶板超前深孔预裂爆破的方式来提高煤层顶板的透气性。实践表明,通过顶板爆破增透,高抽巷中的瓦斯抽采体积分数增加近40%,抽采纯量增加23.6%,使得工作面的瓦斯抽采效率大为提高,值得推广应用。
        The 1321 working face in Dingji Coal Mine has high roof strength, compact rock mass and poor permeability. Based on the superiority of high gas extraction roadway, in order to improve gas extraction efficiency, this paper proposed to adopt the method of roof advanced deep hole pre-splitting blasting to improve the permeability of coal seam roof. Practice shows that through roof blasting to increase permeability, the volume fraction of gas extraction in high extraction roadway increases by nearly40%, and the purity of gas extraction increases by 23.6%, which greatly improves the efficiency of gas extraction in working face and is worthy of popularization and application.
