摘要
随着智能制造的发展,定制化的柔性加工是未来精密机械的发展趋势,其中依据客户要求和设备加工能力进行精密加工至关重要。在分析工序能力指数的基础上,以精密角接触球轴承接触角和凸出量精确控制为例,分析各参数偏差的匹配优化,并举例验证了基于工序能力的加工工艺优化匹配方法的实用性。
With the development of intelligent manufacturing,the customized flexible machining becomes future development trend of precision machinery. The precision machining is of great importance according to customer requirements and equipment processing capacity. The accuracy control of contact angle and protruding amount of precision angular contact ball bearings is taken as an example,and the matching optimization of deviation of each parameter is analyzed based on analysis of process capability index. The practicability of matching method for optimization of maching process based on process capacity is verified by examples.
