摘要
神东煤炭集团公司利用数控落地铣镗床、采用镶套结合镗滚工艺对曲轴箱壳体滑道孔进行了批量化试修复,通过检测发现不合格率较高,对检测结果计算工序能力指数后,对比判定准则发现,现有修复工艺成功率较低,修复质量得不到保障,建议选用更高精度的设备和更合理的工艺。
In Shendong Coal Group,the numerical control floor milling and boring machine and the boring and rolling technology are used to repair the crankcase slideway holes. Compared with the criterion,it is found that the success rate of existing repair technology is low. It is suggested to use more precise equipment and more reasonable technology.
