摘要

项目管理属于工程建设项目开展过程中具有重要影响作用的一环,其中工程造价与成本控制会影响到工程的顺利建设,所以建设单位需要重点探析项目管理对工程造价的具体影响,并且制定成本控制的对应策略,降低建设的成本,提高企业的效益。因此本文进行探析工程项目管理当中存在的问题,并且进行分析工程项目管理对控制成本的影响,确定有效的管理策略。
        Project management is an important part of the project construction. The project cost and cost control will affect the smooth construction of the project. Therefore, the construction unit needs to focus on the specific impact of project management on project cost and formulate the corresponding strategy of cost control to reduce the cost of construction and improve the efficiency of enterprises. Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems existing in project management, and analyzes the impact of project management on control costs and determines effective management strategies.
