摘要
阐述了目前纺织厂喷淋水系统的运行现状,着重对西安和咸阳纺织厂喷淋水水质进行硬度测定,发现咸阳的自来水硬度要高于西安。随着系统不断运行,两地喷淋水的硬度产生了极大的差异,咸阳的喷淋水硬度远高于西安,出现了严重的结垢现象。提出了使用羧酸基型阻垢剂的方法改善纺织厂喷淋水水质的措施,并测定了其阻垢性能。分析发现:羧酸基型阻垢剂对碳酸钙的阻垢率可达97.6%。在此基础上对喷淋系统进行改造,引入羧酸基型阻垢装置,在保证喷淋水系统安全稳定运行的同时,可有效缓解喷淋水的结垢现象,以解决纺织企业因水垢沉积而造成的运行管理困难的问题。

It is found that the hardness of the tap water in Xianyang is slightly higher than that in Xi'an. With the continuous operation of the system, the hardness of the sprinkler water in both places has been greatly different. The hardness of the spray water in Xianyang is far higher than that of Xi'measure to improve the quality of textile spray water by using carboxylic acid based antisludging agent is put forward. And the test data shows that the scale inhibition rate of calcium carbonate could reach 97.6%. On this basis, the spray water system is modified and a carboxylic acid based antisludging agent device is introduced. While ensuring the safe and stable operation of the spraying water system, the scaling phenomenon of the spraying water could be effectively relieved, and the problem of difficult operation and management caused by scale deposition in textile enterprises could be solved.
