某三甲医院左氧氟沙星注射液的不良反应报告分析

摘要
目的:分析左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应的特点及其一般规律,促进合理用药。方法:对某院2015年1月至2017年12月期间发生的左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应进行回顾性分析,总结不良反应发生的用药原因,临床表现,治疗及其预后。结果:年龄在40～60岁之间的患者应用左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应发生率较高;左氧氟沙星用于呼吸系统疾病感染致不良反应发生率较高;其日剂量在0.3～0.4 g时不良反应发生率较高;不良反应累及多个系统或器官,以皮肤及其附件损害最常见,临床表现以皮疹、瘙痒居多,其次为消化系统损害,主要表现为恶心、呕吐等; 49例患者经停药及对症处理均能好转痊愈,仅1例不排除其他药物的影响。结论:左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应发生率较高,应加强药物不良反应监测,促进药物合理应用,保证患者用药安全。
Objective: To analyze the characteristics and general rules of adverse reactions of levofloxacin injection and promote rational drug use.Methods: The adverse reactions of levofloxacin injection occurred in a 3A hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.The causes,clinical manifestations,treatment and prognosis of the adverse reactions were summarized.Results: The incidence of adverse reactions of levofloxacin injection was high in patients aged between 40 and 60 years old.Levofloxacin has a high incidence of adverse reactions when administratered in respiratory infection.The incidence of adverse reactions was higher when the daily dose was 0.3 ～ 0.4 g.Adverse reactions involved multiple systems or organs,with skin and its accessories being the most common,while rash and pruritus were the most common clinical manifestations.The skin and its accessories adverse reactions were followed by digestive system damage,with nausea and vomiting being the main manifestations.Forty-nine patients were cured after drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment,and only one patient did not rule out the adverse influence of other drugs.Conclusion: Levofloxacin injection has a high incidence of adverse reactions.Monitoring of adverse drug reactions should be strengthened to promote the rational use of drugs and ensure the safety of patients.
