摘要
高职院校图书馆阅读推广活动是图书馆服务创新的重要举措,借鉴顾客满意度模型,引入图书馆阅读推广活动,从读者视角构建了高职院校图书馆阅读推广活动读者满意度指数模型。为验证测评模型的科学合理性,在参数求解和检验时采用Lisrel,以长沙航空职业技术学院图书馆阅读推广活动为例,针对性地进行了实证研究,充分验证了模型的科学合理性。最后根据测评结果,对高职院校图书馆阅读推广活动如何提升读者满意度给出了对策建议。参考文献9。
Using the model of customer satisfaction and introducing the activity of library reading,this paper constructs the reader satisfaction index model of reading activity in library of higher vocational college from the perspective of readers. In order to verify the evaluation model is scientific and rational or not,Lisrel is used in parameter solving and testing. Taking Changsha University of Aeronautical and Astronautic Vocational and Technical College Library as an example,this paper conducts an empirical study and fully validates the scientificity and rationality of the model. Finally,according to the results of the evaluation,this paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the reader satisfaction in reading activities of libraries in vocational colleges. 9 refs.
