摘要
以某转动心轴为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行动态特性及可靠性分析。通过模态分析可以得出该转动心轴在约束状态下的前八阶固有频率,通过谐响应分析可得第一阶模态是对结构动态特性影响最大的模态。灵敏度及可靠性分析结果表明对结构动态特性影响较大的材料特性及尺寸参数有:l_2、d_2、弹性模量及密度,该转动心轴的动态可靠度为99.2%。
Taking a mandrel as the research object, the dynamic characteristics and reliability were analyzed by using the finite element software ANSYS. The first eighth natural frequencies of the rotating spindle were obtained through modal analysis. Through the harmonic response analysis, it can be concluded that the first mode has the greatest influence on the dynamic characteristics of the structure. The sensitivity and reliability analysis results show that the material characteristics and size parameters which have great influence on the dynamic characteristics of the structure are l_2, d_2, and the elastic modulus and density; and the dynamic reliability of the rotating spindle is 99.2%.
