用钛铁矿制备Fe_3O_4/TiO_2复合物及其光催化降解性能考察

摘要
以廉价易得的钛铁矿为原料,采用溶液法制备Fe_3O_4/TiO_2磁性复合物,通过XRD、FT-IR、UV-vis等手段对材料形态结构进行表征分析,产物由面心立方结构的Fe_3O_4和锐钛矿型TiO_2构成,并以光降解有机污染物罗丹明B为探针反应,考察其光催化性能,结果表明,该复合物对罗丹明B具有较好的光催化降解效果,且该复合物在外磁场作用下可回收及再利用,循环5次以上,降解效果仍能达90%以上。
        In this paper,we successfully synthesized the magnetic Fe_3O_4/TiO_2 composites by the method of solution preparation.The samples were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,UV-Vis.The photocatalytic activities of prepared samples were evaluated by photodegradation of rhodamine B.The cycling stability of Fe_3O_4/TiO_2 composites were also studied.The results showed that the composite had a good catalytic degradation effect on rhodamine B and outstanding recyclability.The degradation effect of catalyst after reused 5 times was still over 90%.
