氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压疗效观察

摘要
目的探究氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦对糖尿病合并高血压的治疗效果。方法 100例糖尿病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组采用糖尿病常规治疗并口服厄贝沙坦,实验组在对照组基础上口服氨氯地平。比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、收缩压、舒张压以及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均较治疗前明显降低,且实验组明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前收缩压、舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前明显降低,且实验组明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗总有效率为94%,明显高于对照组的70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压疗效显著,可有效控制血压,降低血糖,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of amlodipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment of diabetes mellitus and oral irbesartan, and the experimental group received amlodipine on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment, and treatment effect in two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose(P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had obviously lower fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose than those before treatment, and the experimental group was obviously lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Both groups had no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had obviously lower systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and the experimental group was obviously lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The experimental group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 94% than 70% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of amlodipine and irbesartan shows remarkable efficacy in treating diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. It can effectively control the blood pressure and lower blood glucose, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
