摘要
针对军品质量监督工作中如何合理地选择六西格玛项目这一难题,从军品质量监督效益、内容和成本等方面构建了六西格玛项目选择的指标体系,为融合军工企业实施六西格玛项目经验和军代表开展六西格玛质量监督价值需求,综合利用自适应神经模糊推理系统(Adaptive Neural-Network-Based Fuzzy Interference System,ANFIS)和证据理论提出了更为科学的六西格玛项目选择方法,为下一步有效且成功实施六西格玛项目奠定了基础。
Aiming at difficulties in how to reasonably select six sigma project during the work of military products quality supervision,this paper sets up an six sigma project selection index system with effectiveness,content and cost.In order to integrate experience of six sigma project stemming from military industry enterprises with quality supervision price demand of military representative,it presents a scientific method of six sigma project selection,which is based on ANFIS and evidence theory.The results can lay foundation for carrying out six sigma project effectively and successfully for the next work.
