潍坊市农村饮水安全村级工程巩固提升的主要做法及成效

摘要
潍坊市部分村庄供水管网建设时间较早,运行多年以后出现漏水严重、承压能力不足等问题。为切实解决农村饮水"最后一公里"问题,水利部门积极推进村级工程巩固提升,出台实施意见,确定项目内容和对象,规范申报和实施程序,经过三年实践,取得了良好的经济和社会效益,其做法可为类似项目实施提供借鉴。
Water supply pipe network construction time of some villages is relatively early in Weifang. Serious leakage,insufficient bearing capacity,etc. occur after its operation for many years. Water conservancy departments have actively promoted the consolidation and improvement of village-level projects in order to effectively solve the problem of "the last kilometer" of drinking water in rural areas, implementation opinions are issued, project contents and objects are implemented,application and implementation procedures are standardized,sound economic and social benefits are obtained after practice for three years,thereby providing reference for implementing the practice in similar areas.
