低渗透油田机采举升方式优化评价

摘要
为了进一步降低机采能耗,从低产低效井治理的角度出发,通过对比举升参数优化、举升方式优化、举升制度优化及开采方式优化的探索,对柔性运行、过渡轮、换机型、转电潜柱塞泵、转长冲程抽油机、间歇采油、不停机间抽等优化方式进行了综合评价。研究得出:应用柔性运行技术治理低产低效井的效果较好,投入相对较少,回收期较短,并且能够改善抽油机运行工况,降低悬点载荷,减小杆管震动,可以有效避免偏磨的发生,提高杆管的使用寿命,对降低检泵率具有重要意义。转电潜柱塞泵、转长冲程抽油机技术对低渗透油田低产低效井治理效果较为理想,但回收期较长,若能在新井投产时就根据产能预测状况,设计应用电潜柱塞泵、长冲程抽油机是从根本上治理低产低效井发生,实现低成本、高效率科学生产的最佳方法。
        In order to further reduce the energy consumption of machine mining, from the point of view of low yield and inefficient well treatment, through the research results of comparing lifting parameter optimization, lifting mode optimization, lifting system optimization and mining mode optimization, the flexible operation, the transition wheel, the changing model, the electric submersible plunger pump, the long Stroke pumping unit, the intermittent oil recovery, The optimization methods such as pumping are evaluated comprehensively. The results are as follows: The application of flexible operation technology to control low productivity wells is better, less input,shorter recovery period, and can improve the operating conditions of pumping units, reduce the suspension load, reduce the rod tube vibration, can effectively avoid the occurrence of eccentric wear, improve the life of the rod tube, to reduce the rate of detection pump is of great significance. Rotary electric submersible plunger pump and rotating long stroke pumping unit are ideal for low yield and low efficiency wells in low-permeability oilfields, but the recovery period is longer, if the new well is put into production on the basis of capacity prediction, the design and application of electric submersible plunger pump, long stroke pumping unit, is to fundamentally control the production of low yield and inefficient wells, to achieve low-cost, high efficiency of the science of the best method.
