摘要
目的测定回流法和超声法得到皂角刺醇提物和水提物中总黄酮含量,比较其体外抗氧化活性。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定皂角刺提取物中总黄酮含量,FRAP法研究总黄酮体外抗氧化能力。结果皂角刺超声醇提物中总黄酮含量最高(1. 38%),4种提取物对Fe3+-TPTZ自由基离子均有一定清除作用,其中回流水提物清除作用最强。结论建立的方法简便、准确,可用于皂角刺中总黄酮的含量测定;回流水提物的抗氧化能力较强。
Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids in alcohol extracts and water extracts of Gleditsia sinensis by reflux method and ultrasound method,and to compare their antioxidant activities in vitro. Methods UV-visible spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids in the extracts of Gleditsia sinensis. FRAP method was used to study the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids in vitro. Results The content of total flavonoids in the ultrasonic ethanol extract of Gleditsia sinensis was the highest( 1. 38%). The four extracts had certain scavenging effect on free radical ions of Fe3 +-TPTZ, and the reflux water extract had the strongest scavenging effect. Conclusion The established method is simple and accurate,which can be used for the content determination of total flavonoids from Gleditsia sinensis. The reflux water extract has strongest antioxidant activity.
