摘要
文章针对烧结脱硫增压风机滚动轴承振动信号非线性、非平稳性,导致其故障特征难提取、难识别的问题,提出了融合自相关降噪与小波包分解的对称差分能量算子的解调方法,结果表明所提方法为增压风机滚动轴承的故障诊断提供一条新途径。
In the paper,the demodulation method with differential-based empirical mode decomposition combining with the autocorrelation noise reduction and wavelet packet decomposition is proposed aiming at the problems that the nonlinearity and nonstationarity of vibration signal for rolling bearing of booster fan for desulfurization of sintering cause the fault features are difficult to be extracted and identified,which provides a new approach for fault diagnosis for rolling bearing of booster fan.
