摘要
影响巷道围岩稳定性的因素众多,关系复杂。如何选取有效影响因素,对巷道围岩进行定量分析,一直是围岩稳定性分类的研究热点。针对晋北某煤矿I031001工作面回采巷道支护效果不甚理想,以以往工程实践中已有分类结果较为理想的25条巷道作为样本,依据顶板强度、煤层强度、底板强度、深度、直接顶初次垮落步距、直接顶厚度与采高比值及护巷煤柱宽度等指标,根据模糊聚类理论,建立了定量判别模型,在对模型进行验证的基础上,对工作面围岩的稳定性进行了分类。
The factors affecting the stability of roadway surrounding rock are numerous and complex. How to choose the effective influencing factors and quantitative analysis of roadway surrounding rock has always been the research focus of stability classification of surrounding rock. In view of the unsatisfactory support effect of the mining roadway in the working face of a coal mine in Jinbei,25 roadways with satisfactory classification results have been taken as samples in the past engineering practice. Based on such indicators as top plate strength,coal seam strength,bottom plate strength,depth,first fall step of direct top,ratio of direct top thickness to mining height,and width of coal pillar protection,a quantitative discriminant model is established based on fuzzy clustering theory. On the basis of verification of the model,the stability of the surrounding rock in the working face is classified.
