一种针对NT-30浓缩机结构方面的优化与应用

摘要
对山西西山煤电股份有限公司下属西曲矿选煤厂浓缩机使用过程中出现的常见问题进行了分析,并对其结构方面提出了优化方案。实践证明,优化后的NT-30浓缩机效果良好,有效解决了生产中出现的钢球掉道和检修维修周期过长问题,提高了工作效率,减少了维修的频次,为企业带来了直接的经济效益,是一次成功的改进。
This paper analyzes the common problems in the use of concentrator in Xiqu Concentrator, which is subordinate to Shanxi Xishan Coal Power Co., Ltd., and puts forward the optimization scheme for its structure. The practice has proved that the optimized NT-30 concentrator has a good effect, effectively solves the problem of steel ball drop and long inspection and maintenance cycle in production, improves the working efficiency, reduces the frequency of maintenance, and brings direct economic benefits to the enterprise. It is a successful improvement.
