摘要

采用海洋回收纱和氨纶包芯纱为原料,开发一款弹性透孔双面纬编提花面料,详细介绍面料的编织工艺及其染整工艺,并测试面料的服用性能。结果表明:面料服用性能良好,弹性优良,有微孔,提花效果美观,为开发新型纬编面料提供参考。
        By using marine recycled yarn and spandex core-spun yarn as raw materials, a flexible, through-hole and double weft-knitted jacquard fabric was developed. The fabric weaving process and its dyeing and finishing process were described in details, and the wearability of the fabric was tested. The results showed that the fabric had good wearability, excellent elasticity, micropores and beautiful jacquard effects, which could provide a reference for the development of new weft-knitted fabrics.
