摘要
随着知识型经济时代的到来,人力资源特别是核心人才在企业的发展过程中扮演着至关重要的角色。以福建某国有工程施工企业A为例,通过问卷调查、访谈、个案分析等多种方法,对省属国有企业海外人力资源管理现状及其发生的原因进行分析,并提出新时代省属国有企业海外人力资源管理应采取的主要策略,包括加大人力资本投入力度、完善绩效考核和薪酬体系建设、加强驻外员工长期福利的建设。
With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy, human resources,especially core talents play an extremely important role in the development of enterprises. Taking A, a state-owned construction engineering enterprise in Fujian as an example, this paper analyses the current status and the causes of overseas human resource management of a provincial stateowned enterprise through questionnaires, interviews, case studies, etc. and tentatively presents countermeasures such as increasing human capital investment, improving performance appraisal and salary system construction, and strengthening the long-term welfare of overseas employees.
