金融支持制造业升级发展的路径研究——以宁波市为例

摘要
金融发展能够促进产业结构升级,本文研究金融发展如何支持宁波制造业转型升级。文章指出:金融支持制造业升级发展存在两个方面的问题:一是信息不对称,金融资源与企业需求不匹配;二是资金脱实向虚,金融资源无法真正融入支持实体经济。文章从三个方面提出了金融支持宁波制造业升级发展的基本路径:一是资金支持方面:发展多类型金融市场主体,建立健全多层次货币与资本市场;二是风险防控方面:建立金融风险预警与化解机制,为制造业转型升级保驾护航;三是监管与创新方面:金融监管当局需做好两者的平衡。
Financial development can promote the upgrading of industrial structure. This paper studies how financial development can support the transformation and upgrading of Ningbo's manufacturing industry. The article points out that there are two problems in financial support for the upgrading of manufacturing industry: one is information asymmetry: financial resources do not match the needs of enterprises; the other is the misuse of the capital: financial resources can not be integrated into supporting the real economy. The article puts forward the basic path of financial support for Ningbo's manufacturing upgrading from three aspects. One is capital support:developing multi-type financial market subjects, establishing and improving multi-level currency and capital markets; one is risk prevention and control: establishing financial risk early-warning and resolution mechanism to protect the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry; the last is the balancing of the supervision and innovation by financial supervision authorities.
