摘要
针对10kt/a工业级磷酸一铵装置生产中存在的产品水含量波动大、能耗高、产量不达标、生产环境差等问题,进行干燥系统技术改造。通过将原热风炉更换为蒸汽换热器、更换流化床干燥机、增加脉冲布袋收尘器及风力流体输送系统等措施,干燥系统能源成本降低15.9元/t,产品包装温度不超过41℃,有效解决了存在的问题。
According to the existing problems of 10 kt/a industrial grade MAP plant,such as the water content fluctuation of product, high energy consumption, unqualified yield, poor production environment etc., the drying system is transformed. By using energy steam heat exchanger instead of hot blast stove,changing the fluidized bed dryer,adding the pulse bag dust collector and wind conveying system,the energy consumption of drying system is decreased by 15.9 RMB Yuan per ton,the packing temperature is less than 41℃,the existing problems are effectively solved.
