摘要
简述了江西铜业集团公司贵溪冶炼厂倾动炉车间杂铜冶炼除砷,通过对含砷物料入炉、溶剂加入、氧化、还原等过程精细化操作实践,减少了阳极铜含砷元素进入电解工序,避免了电解液含砷量急剧上升、净液脱杂压力增大,阴极铜质量受到影响。
This paper briefly describes the process of arsenic removal at copper smelting workshop of Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Corporation Ltd. Through the fine operation practice of arsenic material entering furnace, solvent addition, oxidation, reduction and so on, the anode copper arsenic element can be reduced to enter the electrolysis process, and the arsenic content of electrolyte increases sharply and the impurity removal pressure of clean liquid increases. The quality of cathode copper is affected.
