茶氨酸保健作用研究进展

摘要
茶氨酸是茶叶中的特殊氨基酸,具有多种保健作用。本文分别从预防心血管疾病、糖尿病,保护神经系统、辅助治疗肿瘤以及提高免疫力等方面综述了茶氨酸的保健作用,并进行了展望。
Theanine is a kind of special amino acid in the tea, it has lots of healthy functions. In this paper, the research progress in the heathy fuctions of theanine were previewed according to the research achievements at domestic and abroad, including the prevention of angiocardiopathy and diabetes, protection of neural system, adjuvant treatment of cancer, improvement of immunity and so on. The study of the healthy functions of theanine in the future was prospected according to the condition of our country.
