摘要
面对社会的急速变迁以及教育的迅猛发展,传统孤立式的教师教育者专业发展方式受到了挑战。20世纪90年代,西方少数教师教育者发起了以"关注自身教学反思,促进自我专业发展"为主题的自我研究运动。目前,更为关注教学理论与教学实践课程中的合作自我研究,已成为教师教育者和准教师实现专业发展及提高教师教育质量的一条有效途径。
Facing the rapid changes of society and the sharp development of education, the professional development mode of traditional isolated teacher educators has been challenged. In the1990 s, the self-research movement initiated by a few teacher educators in the west teacher education field focused on "focusing on self-reflection in teaching and promoting self-professional development" as the theme. At present, paying more attention to collaborative self-research in teaching theory courses and teaching practice courses has become an effective way for teacher candidates and teacher educators to achieve professional development and improve the quality of teacher education.
