消痔方颗粒促溃疡面愈合、通便、止血和抑菌作用研究

摘要
目的研究消痔方颗粒的促溃疡面愈合、通便、止血和抑菌作用。方法采用肛周注射冰乙酸致肛周黏膜溃疡模型观察促溃疡面愈合作用,小鼠炭末试验法观察通便作用,玻片法观察止血作用,最小抑菌浓度法观察抑菌作用。结果与模型对照组比较,消痔方颗粒各剂量组均能促进大鼠黏膜溃疡面愈合;与对照组比较,消痔方颗粒各剂量组均能显著缩短大鼠凝血时间(P<0.05或P<0.01),高中剂量组可明显缩短小鼠排便时间(P<0.05或P<0.01);消痔方颗粒对金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为6.26 mg/mL、12.5 mg/mL、12.5 mg/mL、50 mg/mL和50 mg/mL。结论消痔方颗粒对痔疮有一定的治疗作用。
        Objective: To study the effects of Xiaozhifang Granules on the improvement of ulcer surface healing,defaecation,hemostasis and bacteriostasis. Methods: Perianal injection of glacial acetic acid was used to induce perianal mucosal ulcer model to observe the healing effect of ulcer surface. The defaecating effect was observed by carbon powder test,the hemostatic effect observed by slide method and the antibacterial effect observed by minimal inhibitory concentration method. Results: Compared with the model control group,Xiaohefang granules groups could promote mucosal ulcer healing in rats. Compared with the control group,each dose of Xiahefang granules group could quicken ulcer surface healing,and significantly shorten the clotting time( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The high and medium dose groups could significantly reduce the defaecation time in mice( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The minimum inhibitory concentration of Xiaozhefang granules to staphylococcus aureus,proteus,staphylococcus epidermidis,escherichia coli and salmonella was 6. 26 mg/mL,12. 5 mg/mL,12. 5 mg/mL,50 mg/mL,and 50 mg/mL respectively. Conclusion: Xiaozhifang Granules have a certain therapeutic effect on hemorrhoids.
