网络柔性对创新绩效的影响研究:个体知识协同行为(Id-KCB)、团队知识协同行为(T-KCB)的中介效应

摘要
【目的/意义】个体知识协同行为(Id-KCB)和团队知识协同行为(T-KCB)在组织的网络柔性对创新绩效的影响过程中起中介作用,探讨其内在机理对组织有着重要的意义。【方法/过程】本文通过数据调查,利用结构方程模型方法,剖析了"网络柔性"对创新绩效影响过程中的Id-KCB、T-KCB的中介效应。【结果/结论】研究表明,网络柔性对Id-KCB、T-KCB均有显著的促进作用;T-KCB对创新绩效很强的正向促进作用,而Id-KCB对创新绩效并没有显著的正向相关性,但是Id-KCB在一定程度上正向影响T-KCB。因此,网络柔性可以通过Id-KCB、T-KCB的中介效应(一阶或二阶)对创新绩效产生正向影响。
        【Purpose/significance】Individual Knowledge Collaboration Behavior(Id-KCB)and Team Knowledge Collaboration Behavior(T-KCB)play an mediating role in the process of organizational Network Flexibility(NF)on innovation performance,and discussing the inherent mechanism is of great significance to the organization.【Method/process】Through the data investigation,this paper analyzes the mediating effect of Id-KCB and T-KCB in the process of NF on innovation performance by using structural equation model(SEM)method.【Result/Conclusion】The research results show that Network Flexibility can significantly promote Id-KCB and T-KCB;T-KCB has a strong positive effect on innovation performance,while Id-KCB has no significant positive effect on innovation performance,but Id-KCB has a certain positive effect on T-KCB.Therefore,the network flexibility can have a positive impact on innovation performance through the mediating effect of Id-KCB and T-KCB(first-order or two-order).
