社区106例心房颤动患者临床分析

摘要
目的分析社区心房颤动患者的临床表现、治疗及干预效果。方法方便选取2011年9月—2016年12月该社区收治的106例心房颤动患者进行观察,对不同分型患者的临床表现分析并采取相关的治疗,同时加强对患者的护理干预,对患者的临床治疗情况进行统计、记录。结果 106例心房颤动患者经过不同治疗后,总有效率为79.25%,治疗前患者的左室射血分数为(43.2±3.6)%、左室收缩末期内径(237.4±6.7)mm及B型钠尿肽(BNP)为(576.9±71.4)pg/mL,治疗后各指标对应数值为(57.6±2.3)%、(113.6±3.2)mm、(274.8±68.6)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t左室射血分数=34.705,t左室收缩末期内径=171.664,t B型钠尿肽=31.413,P<0.05),不良反应发生率为7.55%,经过对症治疗后,不良症状均消失。结论对心房颤动患者的类型、表现进行分析并采取相应的治疗,疗效明显,具有重要的推广应用意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations, treatment and intervention effects of atrial fibrillation in community. Methods A total of 106 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to our community from September 2011 to December 2016 were convenient selected. The clinical manifestations of different types of patients were analyzed and related treatment was taken. Nursing intervention was strengthened and the clinical treatment was recorded. Results The total effective rate was 79.25% in 106 patients with atrial fibrillation after different treatments. Before treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction was(43.2±3.6)%, the left ventricular end systolic diameter was(237.4 ±6.7) mm and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) was(576.9±71.4) pg/mL. After treatment, the corresponding values of each index were(57.6±2.3)%,(113.6±3.2)mm,(274.8 ±68.6) pg/mL. The differences were Statistically significant(t left ventricular ejection fractio n=34.705, t left ventricular end systolic diameter =171.664, t BNP=31.413, P<0.05). The rate of adverse reactions was 7.55%. After symptomatic treatment, all the adverse symptoms disappeared. Conclusion The analysis of the types and manifestations of patients with atrial fibrillation, and the corresponding treatment are effective. It is worthy of promotion and application.
