周亚滨从瘀痰虚论治胸痹

摘要
周亚滨教授认为胸痹的病机为心脉痹阻,心失所养,性质属于本虚标实证。标实在于"瘀血、痰浊、寒凝、气滞"等有形实邪痹阻心脉,本虚主要为"气虚、阳虚",两者相互影响。胸痹的病位在心及血脉,涉及他脏。认为"祛瘀通脉、涤痰逐瘀、温阳散寒、益气通络"为胸痹的主要治法。遵循"急则治标,缓则治本"的原则,急性期针对标实以通利血脉为主,缓解期针对本虚以培补"阳脏",改善体质为主。
Professor Zhou Yabin believes that the pathogenesis of thoracic obstruction is blockade of heart vessel and malnutrition of heart, moreover, the nature of the disease is the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. The pathogens as "blood stasis, turbid phlegm, cold, qi stagnation" blockage heart vessels. Benxu is mainly qi deficiency and yang deficiency. They interact with each other. The location of disease is heart and vessels, involving other zang-visceras. The main treatment of the disease is removing blood stasis and phlegm stasis, dispersing cold in warming yang and invigorating qi and promoting vessels. Based on the principle of "symptomatic treatment in acute condition, radical treatment in chronic case", promoting blood circulation is the main target in the acute phase, while improving the physical constitution in remission period.
