大学生中医体质与五态人格的相关研究

摘要
目的探讨中医体质与五态人格特征的关系。方法采用中医体质问卷、五态人格量表对600名在校本科学生进行调查。结果大学生体质类型分析以平和质(27.64%)、阳虚质(21.9%)和湿热质(13.64%)人群多见,湿热质中男生多于女生,气虚质和气郁质中女生多于男生,太阳、少阳、阴阳和平、少阴人格得分男生均高于女生(P<0.05)。不同体质类型中五态人格评分比较,在太阳和少阳维度得分中,平和质显著高于气虚质、气郁质和阳虚质;阴阳和平维度得分,平和质显著高于阴虚质、阳虚质、湿热质和气郁质;少阴维度得分,气虚质显著高于平和质;太阴维度得分,平和质显著低于气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质及气郁质(P<0.05)。中医体质和五态人格测验量表的相关分析,太阳因子与平和质呈正相关,与气虚质、阳虚质和气郁质呈负相关;太阴因子与平和质呈负相关,与其余8种体质呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论按照不同人格特征进行分类的"五态"具有不同的体质特征。
Objective To Study on the relationship between five-pattern personality and TCM constitution in college students.Methods 600 students of university were selected in this research,data were collected through five-pattern personality questionnaires and TCM constitution questionnaire. Results Constitution of students mainly consisted of Gentleness type( 27. 64%) Yang-deficiency type( 21. 90%) and Wetness-heat type( 13. 64%). There were more males than females in damp-heat type and more females than males in Qi-deficiency type,Qi-depression type. Compared with the Taiyang,Shaoyang,Yinyang balanced and Taiyin of the males,females scores were significantly lower,the results were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The results of five-pattern personality showed that factor score of Taiyang and Shaoyang dimension was significantly higher in Gentleness type than those with Yang-deficiency type,Yin-deficiency type,Qi-stagnation type. factor score of Yin-Yang balanced was higher in Gentleness type than other Yin-deficiency type,Yang-deficiency type,Wetness-heat type and Qi-depression type. Factor score of Shaoyin was lower in Gentleness type than Qi-deficiency type,Factor score of Taiyin was lower in Gentleness type than Qi-deficiency type,Yang-deficiency type,Yin-deficiency type,Phlegm-wetness type,Wetness-heat type and Qi-depression type( P < 0. 05). The results of five-pattern personality and TCM constitution analysis showed that Taiyang was negatively correlated with Yang-deficiency type,Qi-deficiency type,Qi-depression type,and was positively correlated with Gentleness type. Taiyin was negatively correlated with Gentleness type,and was positively correlated with other eight types( P < 0. 05). Conclusion According to different classification with personality characteristics have different constitution characteristics with"five-pattern".
