摘要
工程机械各大企业不断探索开工率与销量之间的关系,以求指导并预测未来整机的销量,但以开工率高低指导并预测未来整机销量这种思路存在着问题。针对这一问题提出"工程量"的概念,通过工程量预测未来整机的销量,用以指导营销部门制定合理的市场销售策略,生产部门制定更加准确的生产计划,配件部门制定合理配件储备计划及服务部门制定灵活的服务政策。
Big enterprises of the construction machines have been continuously investigating into relationship of machine's availability/operation rate with sales volume so as to direct and predict complete machines' market share in the future, where exist some problems, however. In view of this there has issued a concept of "work amount" to found a better way out that it should thru the work amount predict sales volume of complete machines so as to direct the marketing department to formulate marketing strategy, the manufacture department to make more accurate production plans, parts department to make logic plans for parts inventory, and the planning and service department to formulate flexible policies.
