经腹部与经阴道彩色多普勒超声在早期异位妊娠诊断中的临床价值比较

摘要
目的观察经腹部与经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断早期异位妊娠的临床价值分析。方法将在我院近2016年2月至2018年3月收治手术确诊为异位妊娠,且术前均行经腹部超声与经阴道超声检查的80例患者,对照两种检查方式的诊断准确率、误诊率、漏诊率,并分析两种检查方式图像表现比较。结果经阴道超声图像检出率明显高于经腹部检查,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在早期异位妊娠患者的诊断中,采取经阴道彩色多普勒,较经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查,可明显提高临床诊断结果,降低误诊率与漏诊率,图像检出率更高。
Objective To observe the clinical value of transvaginal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy. Methods 80 patients who were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018, and who underwent transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography before surgery. The diagnostic accuracy, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of two examination methods were compared, and two kinds of examination patterns were compared. Results The detection rate of transvaginal ultrasound was significantly higher than that of abdominal examination, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy, transvaginal color Doppler and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound can obviously improve the clinical diagnosis, reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, and the rate of image detection is higher.
