胸腺五肽联合常规化疗方案治疗复治菌阳性肺结核的效果

摘要
目的探讨胸腺五肽联合常规化疗方案治疗复治菌阳性肺结核的效果。方法将我院收治的88例复治菌阳性肺结核患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用2HRZES/10HRZE化疗方案治疗,观察组在此基础上给予胸腺五肽。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收有效率及空洞缩小率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组外周血CD4~+CD25~+/CD4~+和CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-/CD4~+低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腺五肽联合2HRZES/10HRZE化疗方案可有效改善复治菌阳性肺结核患者的免疫功能,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of thymopentin combined with conventional chemotherapy on retreatment of bacterium-positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of 88 patients admitted in our hospital with retreated bacteriumpositive pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 2 HRZES/10 HRZE chemotherapy regimen, while the observation group was treated with thymopentin on this basis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the sputum negative conversion rate, lesion absorption efficiency and cavity shrinkage rate were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, CD4~+CD25~+/CD4~+and CD4~+CD25~+CD127~-/CD4~+in peripheral blood of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Thymopentin combined with 2 HRZES/10 HRZE chemotherapy can effectively improve the immune function and therapeutic effect of retreated bacterium-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients.
