摘要
为实现废载金炭有价金属的二次回收,采用常温常压反应釜法对其进行处理。在小型试验获得的最佳细度-0.074 mm占95%条件下,半工业试验采用预处理—常温常压反应釜氰化浸出工艺流程处理废载金炭,其试验指标较好,金回收率为89.05%。其结果表明:预处理—常温常压反应釜氰化浸出工艺是可行的,为下一步工业试验和设计提供了可靠的依据。
In order to achieve a second enrichment of valuable metals in some spent carbon loaded with gold,reactors were applied to deal with it under normal temperature and pressure. Under the optimal grinding fineness where- 0. 074 mm accouts for 94 %,which was obtained by small tests,semi-industrial tests achieved good test indexes that the gold recovery rate was 89. 05 % with ghe process of pletreatment- cyanidation leaching in reactors under normal temperature and pressure to treat spent leaded carbon. Test data showed that the process was feasible and provided a reliable basis for further industrial test and design.
