细节管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果评价

摘要
目的研究分析在神经内科护理管理中应用细节管理所具有的管理效果及意义。方法选取2016年9月—2018年9月于本院神经内科接受诊疗的患者106作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组53例。对照组接受传统护理管理模式,研究组接受细节管理管理模式。对比两组采用不同护理管理后的护理评价指标及护理不良事件情况。结果经细节管理后,研究组各项护理评价指标均明显高于对照组,P <0.05;且护理不良事件发生率明显较低,P<0.05。结论通过在在神经内科护理管理中应用细节管理,可有效降低患者诊疗期间不良事件的发生概率,并有效改善患者对医院护理服务各项评价,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To study and analyze the management effect and significance of applying detail management in neurological nursing management. Methods 106 patients were selected from September 2016 to September 2018 which accepted in department of neurology of our hospital and divided them into control group and research group with 53 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received the traditional nursing management method, and the research group received the detailed management method. The nursing evaluation indicators and nursing adverse events after different nursing management in two groups were compared. Results After detailed management, the nursing evaluation indicators of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, P < 0.05; The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower, P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of detail management in nursing management of neurology department can effectively reduce the occurrence probability of adverse events during the diagnosis and treatment of patients, and effectively improve the evaluation of hospital nursing service by patients. The clinical application value is high.
