摘要
为研究大倾角螺旋输送机倾角、转速、螺距对物料质量流率的影响,设计了一种适用于不同倾角下的螺旋输送机实验台架,采用陶粒砂物料颗粒进行了不同倾角、转速、螺距下的全因子实验,通过对实验数据进行相关显著性分析得到了质量流率的回归方程,并从理论和数值模拟的角度对实验结果进行了验证。结果表明:(1)各因素对物料质量流率的影响由大到小依次为转速、倾角、螺距;(2)质量流率随倾角的增加而减小,且在越接近90°时质量流率减小率越大;(3)倾角小于50°时,质量流率随螺距增加而增加并逐渐趋于稳定;倾角大于50°时,质量流率随螺距变化并不显著;(4)质量流率随转速增加而增加,当转速达500r/min时逐渐趋于平稳。
        In order to research the effect of inclination,rotational speed and pitch to mass flow rate for large angle screw conveyor,a kind of test bench for screw conveyor which suitable for different dip angles is designed,the full factorial experiment which about the different inclination,rotational speed and pitch was made by using ceramsite sand particles,through the significance analysis of the experimental data,the regression equation of mass flow rate is obtained,and the experimental results are verified by theoretical and numerical simulation. The results show:(1)The influence of various factors on the mass flow rate of the materia from large to small is rotational speed,inclination and pitch;(2)The mass flow rate decreases with the increase of inclination,and mass flow rate decreases faster when the angle is close to 90 degrees;(3)When the angle is less than 50 degrees,the mass flow rate increases with the increase of pitch and tends to be stable;When the angle is greater than 50 degrees,the mass flow rate is not obvious with the change of pitch;(4)The mass flow rate increases with the increase of rotational speed,and tends to be stable when the speed reaches 500 r/min.
