摘要
为了降低在灾害中救援人员受到的风险,设计了一款基于IAP单片机的多驱动控制救援服务小车。该小车采用语音、键盘和红外无线控制3种驱动控制方式。语音和键盘无线控制分别采用LD3320语音芯片,以及矩阵键盘来采集指令,通过SPI通信协议将指令传输给nRF24L01无线电通讯芯片,实现无线控制车载驱动系统;红外无线控制采用基于UPD6122编码芯片的红外遥控器,按照NEC协议编码并发射红外指令,车载驱动系统利用VS1838红外接收器对指令进行接收。车载驱动系统接收到指令后通过L298N电机驱动模块驱动电机,控制小车进行救援活动。实验测试表明,该救援服务小车无线控制可靠性高,系统整体工作稳定。
        To reduce the risk of rescuers in the disaster, a multi-drive control service rescue carrier based on IAP MCU was designed. The drive control is divided into three kinds: voice, keyboard and infrared wireless control. In the voice and keyboard wireless control, IC LD3320 and the matrix keyboard are used to collect instructions. The MCU, by SPI protocol, is used to transmit instructions to nRF24 L01, and vehicle drive system is controlled by wireless communications. Infrared wireless controls use infrared emitters which are based on UPD6122. Emitters, by NEC protocol, are used to emit instructions, and instructions are received by VS1838. After receiving the control instructions, L298 N is used to drive motors, and control the car for rescue. Experimental results show that: the rescue carrier distinguishes the control signal accurately and has a good performance of stability.
