孙钢膏方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期经验

摘要
孙钢教授认为,慢阻肺的迁延不愈,主要在于肺、脾、肾三脏亏虚,痰浊停于肺内,久病成瘀,痰瘀互结,故膏方诊治应以补肺益肾健脾为主,兼顾化痰祛瘀,遣方用药应强调"治本为主""标本兼治""以通为用""因人制宜",并举以临床验案分析。
