摘要
目的分析高尿酸血症患者血清肝功、肾功和血脂等生化指标水平。方法随机筛选无症状高尿酸血症患者67例为观察组;同时随机取67例血尿酸水平正常者为对照组。两组均进行血清肝功、肾功、血脂等生化指标测定,分析两组的检测结果。结果观察组的UA、ALT、AST、γ-GGT、ALP、TP、ALB、TBIL、Cr、TG、TC、LDL-C、HCY及GLU水平均高于对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中,男性患者的UA、ALT、γ-GGT、TBIL、Cr、TG及HCY水平均高于女性患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者血UA水平与血清γ-GGT、ALT、AST、TG、Cr及HCY水平均呈正相关,而与HDL-C水平则呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论无症状高尿酸血症患者与正常人群对比可见明显不同的血清肝功、肾功、血脂代谢状态,而血清γ-GGT活性可在一定程度上对患者体内氧化应激水平进行反映。
        Objective To analyze the levels of serum liver function, renal function and blood lipid in patients with hyperuricemia. Methods Sixty-seven patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia were randomly selected as observation group, while 67 cuses with normal blood uric acid level were randomly selected as control group. The biochemical indexes of serum liver function, renal function and blood lipid were measured in both groups. The results of the two groups were analyzed. Results The levels of UA, ALT, AST, γ-GGT, ALP, TP, ALB, TBIL, Cr, TG, TC, LDL-C, HCY and GLU in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of HDL-C was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). In the observation group, the levels of UA, ALT, γ-GGT, TBIL, Cr, TG and HCY in males were higher than those in females(P<0.05). The level of UA in the observation group was positively correlated with levels of serum γ-GGT, ALT, AST, TG, Cr and HCY, but negatively correlated with the levels of HDL-C(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with normal people, patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia have different serum liver function, renal function and lipid metabolism, and the level of oxidative stress in patients to a certain extent can be reflected by serum γ-GGT activity.
