高校实践实习基地建设发展的实践与对策研究

摘要
本文对当前我国高校实践实习基地建设发展进行分析和总结。研究认为,当前全国各高校普遍建立实践实习基地,取得学生和用人单位的一致好评,但高校实践实习基地建设发展仍有继续探索和发展的空间,一些实践实习基地在建设过程中缺乏系统性、规范性和针对性。本文提出未来要从构建多层次的实践实习体系、明确实践内容、深化校企融合和打造专业实习教师队伍等四个方面提升高校实习基地建设发展水平。
This paper analyzes and summarizes the current construction and development of practical practice bases in colleges and universities in China. It is believed that the practical practice base has been established in most colleges and universities all over the country, and students and employers are well received. However, the construction and development of practical practice bases in colleges and universities still have the space to continue to explore and develop. Some practical practice bases are lack of systematisms, standardization and lack of pertinence in the process of construction. This paper proposes that we should enhance the construction and development level of university practice base from four aspects: building a multi-level practical practice system, defining the content of practice, deepening the integration of schools and enterprises, and creating professional practice teachers.
