摘要
南非Postmasburg锰矿田发育了大规模的锰矿床,矿石品位高、质量好。通过对沉积建造信息和地质构造信息的分析,认为山体的分水岭、山坡的宽缓向斜部位为厚大矿体赋存的主要地段,可通过地质填图、地表探矿工程和投入少量钻孔的方法确定矿体分布的有利部位。
Large-scale manganese ore deposits develop in Postmasburg Manganese Field in South Africa with highgrade and good-quality ores. According to analysis of the information from sedimentary formation and geological structure,the mountain ridge and trapped syncline on slope are considered to be main occurrence locations for thick orebody. Geological mapping,surface exploration engineering and a few boreholes could be applied to define the distributing areas of orebody.
