柏泉铁矿中磷矿的常温浮选试验研究

摘要
根据柏泉铁矿中磷矿的性质,采用常温浮选工艺处理该磷矿,选取复配AW-01作为捕收剂、水玻璃作为抑制剂、碳酸钠作为pH值调整剂,在合理的药剂制度下,获得磷精矿品位34.07%、产率4.37%、回收率79.33%的工艺指标。研究表明,此常温浮选工艺合理,生产指标理想。
        According to property of Baiquan phosphate ore, the flotation process under ambient temperature was introduced. The compound agent AW-01 as collector, sodium silicate as depressant and sodium carbonate as regulator was used in the flotation process.And,the following results had been achieved: the grade of concentrate was 34.07%, the recovery was79.33%, and the productivity was4.37%. The results of this study have shown that the flotation process under ambient temperature was reasonable and could obtain ideal production targets with this process.
