南大梁高速公路华蓥山高瓦斯隧道施工机械车辆防爆改装技术应用研究

摘要
高瓦斯公路隧道施工存在极大的安全隐患,需对施工机械车辆进行防爆改装处理。由于目前公路行业尚无有关技术标准和规范,因此主要引用其他行业的有关标准,进行高瓦斯公路隧道施工机械车辆的防爆改装。文章以南大梁高速公路华蓥山高瓦斯隧道施工机械车辆防爆改装为例,阐述了施工机械车辆防爆改装的技术现状,详细介绍了防爆改装方案、主要改装系统以及实际应用情况。
Because of the great potential for safety hazards in gas-rich tunnels,explosion-proof modifications should be carried out for the construction machinery and vehicles used in these cases.Currently,there are no technical standards or regulations concerning explosion-proof modifications in the highway industry,so the relevant standards are referenced from other industries.Using the Huayingshan tunnel of the Nanchong-Dazhu-Liangping expressway as an example,this paper elaborates upon the technical status of explosion-proof modifications of construction machinery and vehicles,and it introduces the modification plan,main refitted systems,and practical application in detail.
