摘要
目的:探讨机能实验学多元化考核体系的创建及其评价效果。方法:根据机能实验教学改革情况建立一套适合本校机能实验教学的考核体系,并在本科临床专业中选取班级进行实施。期末开展问卷调查,并对成绩进行统计学分析以了解该考核体系的评价效果。结果:调查问卷结果显示试点班大部分学生认为该考核体系较客观,能从多方面提高学生实验操作技能并加深对相关知识的理解等,且试点班学生实验操作技能成绩、实验设计成绩和总成绩高于传统班(P <0. 05)。结论:该套机能实验学考核体系的构建和探索,不仅能客观、多方面、多角度地评价学生的学习水平和能力,而且能促使学生全面、系统地掌握相应理论知识和实验技能,加强对知识的融会贯通,为临床和科研工作打下一定基础;还有助于教师及时把握教学效果,以便更好地调控教学。
        Objective: To explore the establishment and effects of evaluation of multi-assessment system of functional experiment course.Methods: The assessing system of functional experiment course had been established and conducted on students who majored in clinical medicine.The evaluation results were showed by questionnaire and statistical analysis of students ' achievements. Results: The results of the questionnaire showed that the assessing system was relatively objective for most students and had an advantage in improving students' experimental operation skill and deepening theoretical knowledge. And the scores in experimental operation skill and experimental design and the total scores of the experimental students were higher than those of the control students( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The construction and exploration of the functional experimental assessment system can not only evaluate students' learning level and ability in an objective,multi-faceted and multi-angle way,but also enable students to comprehensively and systematically master relevant theoretical knowledge and experimental skills,strengthening the integration of knowledge,and laying a certain foundation for clinical and scientific research work. It is also helpful for teachers to grasp the teaching effect in time so as to regulate teaching in a better way.
