刘万里教授治疗脾胃病常用药对举隅

摘要
刘万里教授治疗脾胃病擅用药对,以恢复脾胃升降相应、燥湿相济、阴阳相合的生理状态为治疗目的,选择合适的药物搭配,如半夏配竹茹降逆化痰,枳壳配桔梗行气解郁,丹参配檀香调气活血,黄连配麦冬清热养润,黄芩配仙鹤草燥湿护膜,白术配白芍健脾柔肝等,在临床实践中取得较为满意的效果。
Professor LIU Wanli is good at using couplet medicines to treat spleen and stomach disease,In order to restore the physiological state of spleen and stomach rise and fall corresponding to dryness and dampness and combination of Yin and Yang for the purpose of treatment,choose the appropriate drug collocation. For example,Pinellia ternata with Bambusoideae cerosissima to reduce adverse phlegm,Fructus Aurantii and Platycodon grandiflorum can move Qi to relieve depression,Salvia miltiorrhiza with Santalum album for Qi and blood circulation,Rhizoma Coptidis combined with Radix Ophiopogonis to clear heat and nourish yin,Scutellaria baicalensis and Hairyvein agrimony to eliminate dampness and protective film,Atractylodes macrocephala combined with Radix Paeoniae Alba to strengthen spleen and soften liver,etc.Satisfactory results were obtained in clinical practice.
